Record crowds, tornadoes in the area, and even convention roof collapses — yet somehow, the show still went on!
My small part in all of this was to capture the look, energy, and excitement of Gen Con, along with the ever-important attendees who, as always, never disappoint.
Before I knew it… BAM! Over 6,000 images captured in four days.
That meant about 14 hours a day, roughly 17,000 steps a day, and a whole lot of time behind the camera trying to catch the moments that tell the story of Gen Con.
Indianapolis is always happy to welcome Gen Con, and it was an absolute privilege to help document another incredible show.
Now comes the fun part: going through those 6,000+ images and seeing what stories emerge.
